about the room:
available from 01/08/15

Double, with Large w/drobe, x2 drawer units, comfy chair & b/s table, large mirror. TV with digital channels, Broadband, iron & board, vacuum cleaner all provided in the room,
x2 Bedding & x1 Towel bowl provided & washed weekly by us,
South facing, (very sunny when weather permits) over looking the garden.
bathroom and kitchen will be shared with ourselves,
reasonable parking, unfortunately no longer off street, sorry!
We also have a Mountain bike if it should be needed.

about the area:

A very nice neighbourly road,
5-10 mins from Walton & Hersham Railway & Town Centre,
10-20 mins from Weybridge Railway & Town centre,
All Stations are main line stations,
Local shops just 2 mins walk,
river walks & pubs within walking distance.
M25 within 10-15 mins drive.

about you:

preferably:- MALE.(gay or straight)
with a sense of humour :)
hygenic, reliable & honest is a must.
someone who knows when its time to clean up the room, & clean up in shared areas after yourself.
youll need to be pet friendly, & gay friendly, & not someone who turns to fossil in their room. :)

about us:

We are a genuine couple of fella`s here & want to open our home to someone who can be sociable, but allow us to some space too,
We are a gay couple of 14 yrs(non camp).
Laid back & don't mind a tipple. we are a sociable couple.
though not a party house, we are smokers so dont mind a smoker, (but back of kitchen only).
we would prefer someone who has a socail life, & happy going.
