Beautiful furnished double room in a comfortable 3 bedroom house with garden, patio. Rent includes Council Tax and tv and 50MB broadband. Room has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. House is in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to local transport links. Off street parking available.

Walton-on-thames has the Heart shopping centre, bars restaurants and riverside pubs, thames path way. Beautiful scenery all within walking distance - great cycle !! Garage to store bicycle. Also gym has a swimming pool, spa sauna, steam room, climbing centre, squash, football, tennis courts etc.

Looking for a house mate who will treat the place as his/her home. Someone who will also like to socialise and hang out with etc. To live with a non-smoking female professional with small dog .
