The double room has a large built in wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table.
All bills are included and the house has fast fiber optic broadband.
The house has a large open plan kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, tumble dryer etc.) and there is also an additional w. c. downstairs. There is a front and back garden and exclusive use of an off street parking space.
I am a pretty laid back, easy going person and am looking for a clean and friendly, non smoking professional around a similar age to myself.
Happy to rent the room for mon - fri at a reduced rate.
