Double room to rent with own bathroom in Walton

Hey

I am a very relaxed live in landlord looking for someone to move in from end of September for up to 6 months.
The apartment is beautiful and spacious and consists of two balconies and a roof terrace, it also sits right next to Walton on Thames train station (1 minute walk literally) so is perfect for commuters and those without a car, you can't hear the noise of the trains from within the apartment either which is great! There is a locked bike shed outside also. It's a 5 minute drive from the river and there are some lovely country pubs within walking distance, the local shops and restaurants are a 10 minute walk if that.

The room itself is a spacious double room, it is furnished and you will have the main bathroom all to yourself which consists of a shower and a bath.

I do have a small dog but he is very well behaved and friendly, he's a quiet dog and half the time you won't know he's there! He doesn't smell or malt which means he won't affect those with allergies... I have asthma and hay-fever and he doesn't set me off..

The area is lovely and safe, very quiet and prestige area. I genuinely love living here and I'm certain that anyone that moves in will love it just as much :o)
