Female wanted for double room

Room available in apartment on Bridge Street, in the centre of Walton On Thames. Excellent location, within 5 minutes walk of Sainsburys, Aldi, 24-hour gym and the high street, featuring pharmacies, pubs, restaurants, banks, post office etc. Local health centre is 1 mile away. Walton Station (direct trains to Waterloo) is 20-25 minutes walk away, and buses to the station run by the flat. Local bus connections include services to Heathrow Airport, Kingston (and Thorpe Park!).
10 minutes driving distance from M25.

The flat is spread over two levels.
First floor:
Kitchen: Small but includes all electronic goods, including fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, stove and oven. Limited storage space but lots of kitchen utensils and cooking equipment: new housemate is welcome to share almost everything!

Living room: Spacious and bright, with a sofa bed for guests and large TV with Netflix, DVD player and cable TV.

Bathroom: Reasonably sized. Storage cupboard available. Bath and shower, hot water always available and good shower pressure.

Second floor:
3 bedrooms.

Available room: Good size, featuring double bed with drawers underneath for storage. Beech-effect bedside table, chest of drawers and large wardrobe provide ample storage place. Carpeted with window and full length.

No official parking space, but on-street free parking always available near the flat: current housemates never have issues finding a spot.

2 current housemates in their early twenties, one young professional and one student in final year of uni, with part-time job. Both are fairly clean and tidy (but not neat freaks). Would like to find a friendly, easy-going female to share with.
