The room is a large double with double bed, 2 double wardrobes, chest of drawers and a dressing table. If required I'm happy to provide other furniture.

The kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet and garden have also been redone in the last couple of years.

The house is very quiet yet 2 minutes from the train station (you can't ever hear trains).

The rent includes all bills including broadband. Outside parking is available and there is garage storage for bikes and boxes.

I work away from home on a 2 weeks on/off basis so you'd have the house to yourself for half the time.

I'm generally easy going, clean, tidy and quiet, hopefully you'll be similiar
