Single room in social household, excellent locatio

In early November we have a single room becoming available in a house with four sport-enthusiast professionals.

It's a small room, but that means it's easier to clean and heats up faster in winter, every cloud has a silver lining. The room has external wardrobes as well.

The garage contains a table football, if you're in to that.

We're looking for someone who will fit in with the household, messy late night party animals need not apply. Clean, polite baking enthusiasts actively encouraged.
