A good sized single room available in Walton on Thames, 15-20 walk to both the town center and mainline stations to Waterloo. Bus stops nearby.
Pleasant, modern, good sized, well-equipped, kitchen, own small fridge, large dining table and six chairs.
The bathroom has a bath and separate walk-in shower. There is also an extra cloakroom / loo available to the household downstairs.
Although the room is advertised as single it's a good size (as can be seen from the photos). It is light and airy and overlooks the garden, with a general open aspect to look out on.
Ample parking available just outside the house, in a cul de sac situation.
Pleasant, secure, garden with enclosed aspect yet easy access from the road through a locked side gate (good for bringing in a bicycle for example).
Walton is jam packed with good facilities eg banks, gyms, The Heart Centre, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
The river (with riverside walks) is a few minutes walk from the High Street.

I need someone who - always plays their rent on time, is considerate of others, looks after the environment, takes full responsibility for any visitors they may have, likes a friendly atmosphere but also values their privacy and respects that of others.
Many people do not like to be with a live-in landlord, but my tenants have been with me for 2 - 6 years and 2 have even moved with me from our last home, they are always sad when life's eg job changes, means they have to move (that's MY reference I guess)!!
