- Super handy for many restaurants/takeaways and three pubs easy walk, including a great real ale pub (The Plough, Byfleet Village)

- Double room has large full HD TV and Bluray player, single has a smaller full HD TV. Both rooms have a very comfy memory foam mattress,

- Use of microwave/kettle

- Off road parking usually available, but plenty of on-street parking very close by when not.

- Brooklands Museum area just 15mins stroll for Sony, Boots, P&G etc.

- Some occasional weekends possible by arrangement.

- Ad-hoc use fine, give me a call if you need accommodation for just a night or two at a rate of £25 double, £20 single
