We are an owner couple aged between 30 and 35.
We have a large furnished double room available in a 3 bed house to rent. We have cable tv and broadband. A small garden and also off street parking. Easy access to local amenities and are 3 minutes walk from West Byfleet mainline station.
We are looking for someone who is a non-smoker and is easy to live with. We don't need to share social time together but would be good to at least have some shared interests for conversation sake.
Some bills are included but can be discussed upon application. Currently we have Virgin TV in the main living room and free view in all others.
Couples accepted but rent would go up to £750.
