Large double room with an en suite available in a 2 bed, modern ground floor flat. There is a patio leading onto a communal garden, great for summer and BBQ's. Very spacious lounge, nice for relaxing or watching movies etc.

West Byfleet train station is about 30 seconds walk (not exaggerating), getting to London is easy, other shops/cafe's/restaurants are an easy 2-5 minute walk. Waitrose is within walking distance and other supermarkets a short drive. Canal's 1min walk, then enjoy them as far as you want to go.

Hopefully the floor plan gives you an idea of the size of the room.

I am a friendly easy going guy from NZ and have been in the UK for almost 8 years now working in IT.

Ideal flatmate would be easy going and independent as well as social. With my current flatmates, we sometimes watch tv or a movie together, go out for a drink, occasionally have dinner etc. And we do our own things as well.

**Note: there is no smoking allowed inside the flats
