Please note I am only at the property 2 or 3 nights a week (Mon-Wed) so the property will be all yours in my absence.

Close to station for quick commute to London 23-45mins, garage and off street parking available.

I work in London 3 days a week, pretty laid back on the type of lodger but someone who is friendly, tidy and respectful.

The house is warm and also has a garden for the few remaining sunny days left in the year.

The property is well equipped however I would welcome someone bringing their own things as it would be your home too.

Decent size sitting/ dining room. Conservatory, kitchen, loo, 2 double bedrooms, one single (used as study) bathroom with loo/ shower/sink/ airing cupboard.

Large single garage also at your disposal for car or general storage.
