One of my tenants has decided to move in with her boyfriend, so I have a room available to rent in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury apartment. The other tenant (who you will be sharing with) is a professional in the Aeronautical industry and has been living there for over a year now. He is an easy going, quiet and tidy individual who enjoys reading and likes classical music. He is happy to share with a guy or a girl (but no couples please).

Bills are shared 50/50 with the other tenant and are currently approximately £110-120 per person per month. This covers council tax, wifi, tv licence, gas and electric. This makes a total cost of approximately £705-715 per month for rent and all bills. I will be taking a deposit of 1 months rent (£595), which will be kept in the safe deposit scheme. There are no additional letting fees.

The apartment is modern (built in 2005) and West Byfleet station is about a one minute walk with trains to London in under 30 mins - very handy if you need to commute. There is also an allocated gated parking space around the back just for you, communal bike shed and small communal garden. There are shops are on your doorstep, as well as the canal a short walk away.

The apartment is ideal for sharing, with bedrooms at opposite ends and the communal living space in the middle. The flat is fully furnished - the living room has a 42" shared TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, George Forman grill etc.

The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, dimmable spotlights and a mirrored wardrobe. Off the bedroom there is a private balcony big enough to put a bistro set and a luxury private bathroom (with shower over bath) just down the corridor. The flat has gas central heating and a combi boiler meaning you'll never run out of hot water!
