Civilised, secure, Quiet, Spacious, well maintained, friendly, shared detached country house. The approach to sharing we have is to make "you" want to stay in for the evening- to enjoy other's company.
You get a Light and airy, freshly decorated double room, with a bed with quality mattress - there is 20 meg wifi & cat 5 broadband + TV point and best modern design and finishes - (oak floors doors and furniture, white walls and d/g windows).(THE HOUSE ITSELF PROVIDES EVERYTHING YOU WOULD HOPE FOR BUT QUITE OFTEN DO NOT GET)
Location is near Woking, Chobham and Lightwater and only 2 miles / 5 minutes drive to Junction 3, M3,(ie London side of the worst M3 traffic ) . We are: 10 mins to Brookwood mainline or Woking stations, 25 mins to Heathrow. The house, in own grounds, is well set back from a no-through road so there is no traffic noise
Room 1, (with personal shower room) is on the ground floor in a silent (slightly separated) area of the house. There is a big window to the garden. The (large) comfy bed is 1.35m wide, built in wardrobe, work table and plenty of cupboard storage over and around the bed. There is a private shower rm, wc, underfloor heating !, excellent vanity area and storage cupboard

Room 2 – (with private en-suite),is as room 1, is beautifully fitted out with wardrobe, cupboards and work area and nice southerly garden view) . Room 2 is located on the first floor of the house .
Room 3- is the house first floor Master en-suite. The bedroom is a huge 5.5 x 3.5m (thus could potentially also suit a couple). Room 3 has sunny views to west and south, a large double bed , double wardrobe , dressing and work -desk area. The 4.5m x 2m ensuite bathroom includes wc, bidet, vanity areas, large separate shower and double bubble bath.

Room 4, has the same comfort facilities as the other rooms, the floor space is less but convenience of a walk in wardrobe. The occupant shares the adjacent, fitted with a Villeroy suite, bathroom with Only one other sharer. Yes, hot water supply is good.

The house owner (typing this ad) is a building services engineer who enjoys acting immediately to repair any house item that requires attention.
The house has private Gardens mostly Sunny lawns which are not overlooked. There is a covered area for bike storage, substantial Separate Free car Parking area and separate office facilities are available .
Beside us are 1000 acres of footpaths /cycle tracks over local, almost unknown, park-land.
It there to enjoy.

In the shared house there is a well-equipped open-plan spacious kitchen with island-breakfast bar - all ideal for keen cooks.
Adjacent is open plan Dining area and Huge shared (3m x 9m) living room with log fired stove and a big screen HDTV.
Additionally there is a utility / drying room with two clothes washing, plus drying, machines, plus drying racks, besides the one outside.

House is 15 mins drive to Woking (McLaren) and Frimley park hospital /Camberley , 20 mins to Bracknell IT firms, Chertsey St Peters hospital and Guildford.

Shopping: Sainsbury and M&S local, Pharmacy, butcher, Post Office, garages, pubs, 4 doctor surgery - all are local

A weekly cleaner in the shared areas (and once a month in all rooms) and regular gardening is included in the rent

Preferred time to arrive to view is probably 17.45-20.30, Monday to Thursday (eves)- but usually any Day, or Time, is possible just please phone first for appointment -

If you understand that what goes around comes around , like living in a clean and tidy way in a sociable share - and understand we /you clean up around ourselves and between weekly cleaner visits, you will get on well with the others sharing here and have a great experience . Sharers include genuine professionals -ie lots of interesting people to relate to
