Bedroom in comfortable riverside house.

I am Looking for a non smoking professional for a good size bedroom in a comfortable, friendly riverside house-share. The house is situated on the banks of the River Thames with direct access the riverbank, park and has lovely river views from a good sized sitting-room and large 1st floor balcony.

The bedroom has just been completely redecorated and refurnished to a high standard now benefiting from a new carpet, wardrobe, large chest of draws, wring desk, a very comfortable Poang leather chair and a single or small double bed (both are available) with with a comfortable mattress and under-bed storage. There is also access to a fast 100 Meg broadband. If needed there is further wardrobe/storage space allocated to the room outside the bedroom.

On the first-floor there is a large sitting room with TV which has a Virgin box with good selection of channels. Though the patio doors there is access to a large riverside balcony. The house has all the usual mod cons including a utility room containing washing machine and dryer and in the kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob.

As well as direct access to tow-path and park there is a bus stop, Large Tescos and public swimming within a few minutes walk. Hampton court station, Elmbridge Leisure Centrer and Hampton Court Palace are all a few minutes bike or bus ride away. London Waterloo is 30 minitues from Hamton Court Station. The A3 and M3 are close at hand and there is easy access to Heathrow and the M25.

Bills are inclusive and you will have unrestricted access to all public arias and amenity’s. Every two weeks a cleaner comes to clean all public arias.

Although there can be up to 4 staying it is a surprisingly quite house. There is never a clash when it comes to cooking as the Kitchen is currently lightly used.
