An easy going, self contained professional person (one) is sought to complement the other two people living in the house - one single male in his 30's and one single female in her 20's. The room available is large and furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bookshelf plus a built in hanging cupboard. The room also has a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle plus plates, cutlery and so forth. The bathroom has a shower and bath and is shared. The atmosphere in the house is peaceful, friendly and caring though people are generally fairly independent of one another. The owner stays downstairs (house on 3 floors) occasionally. A cleaner comes once weekly. The house is close to shops, including Tesco's, the bus, lovely river walks and about a mile away are the joys of Hampton Court and East Molesey! The train to London is located at Hampton Court, just across from the palace. This is a nice calm place to live, a fairly colourful house with quiet, mature and thoughtful people living in it....why not come and see it and see what you think?!!
