Furnished bedroom for rent in a 4 bedroom2-stody house in West Molesey. There will 3 of us living in the house in total - 2 females = 1xstudent, 1x fully employed. We will consider couples as they will fit in the room. The house has 1 bathroom along with a toilet. Fully accessible kitchen and living room and garden for use.
Rent is £600 a month not including bills. We always split them equally when they arrive approx. every 3 months. We have always done this and will not consider otherwise.
Move in from next week possible.
The area of West Molesey is close to Hampton Court trajn station or just a 15minute bus ride into Kingston.
