Double room available in modern furnished house

I have a small double bedroom available to rent in a 4 bedroom detached house in a quiet cul de sac near St. George's Hill. The house has been modernly furnished and is located between Weybridge and Walton-on-Thames station which are both a 10 minute walk away.

My Partner, current housemates and I are looking for a new housemate that works in a professional field full time, who is tidy and considerate and ok with dogs. We are not party animals, but like a quiet night in with a glass of wine and would hope our new housemate would share this preference.

The room comes furnished with shared use of the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom - which is shared with only 2 of the other housemates and utility room. All bills are included including room contents insurance.

We have sky tv, fibre broadband and a large double garage should you need any storage space.
