Double Room near Weybridge Station

Looking for a friendly professional male or female for a double room. We usually have three people in our four bedroom house but one is leaving.

The room is available from 22 August.

The room is furnished and there is a large built in wardrobe. The double room is sunny and quiet with drive way parking.

The full bathroom is across the hallway from your bedroom. It has a bathtub/shower. You will only need to share it when we have guests staying in the guest bedroom.

Weybridge train station is less than a 10 min. walk from the house.

We share the common areas. There is a laundry room, large kitchen and lounge. There is enough space in the house to have privacy when you need it.

The rent includes all utilities, WIFI, Sky TV and a cleaning service. They come every 2 weeks to clean the common areas.

We tend to work 8 to 6 pm from Monday to Friday. I would like to find someone who also works Monday-Friday during the day.

All of us travel a bit and have nice social lives. We aren't all in the house for long periods of time but we enjoy it when we are home together. Maybe once every three months we organise a dinner or outing together.
