A regular size double room to rent
I share a two bedroom flat in Weybridge with my boyfriend. We would like to look for someone to move into the second bedroom. We are both in our 20s. My boyfriend works as a planning engineer at an aviation company in Byfleet and I worked as a restaurant manager in London until recently. I am now looking for a new job closer to home. We don't smoke, like to eat good healthy food and exercise.
The flat is situated in a nice residential area. The building has a communal garden and a private car park with plenty of spaces. The train station is 20 min walk or 10 min cycle from here. There is a big park and shops just a short walk away too. There is a small kitchen with everything you need. Dining table, a TV and sofa in the living room and 1 bathroom. Central heating, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. All bills are included.
Ideally we are looking for a non-smoking professional or a mature student who needs temporary accommodation. There will be no fixed term as we'd like to keep things flexible. We'd like someone who will be tidy and will respect our flat and the shared space. We don't mind what time and when you would be in and out of the flat.
