This bedroom on is on the top floor (2nd floor) and the bathroom is shared with one other female. Lovely room available in a three storey 1930s house, from 16th November. Very quiet area, walking distance to town/train station.

The house is in a quiet private road, close to Woking Park, Woking Leisure Centre and David Lloyd fitness club, only 15 minutes walk from the town centre and railway station. There is unrestricted parking on the road.

The room on the 2nd floor is very quiet and away from the main part of the house. It is a double aspect room. The bed has a good quality mattress. The room has a sofa and coffee table. There are 2 x bedside tables, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk/dressing table, chair.

The bathroom is next to the room and shared with one other female. The modern bathroom has a bath and separate shower plus softened water. The decor is neutral throughout the house.

On the ground floor there is an open plan area that extends from front to rear of the house and includes a fully equipped kitchen at the front, an eating area with a family sized dining table, and to the rear a relaxed space with two comfortable sofas and a television with doors leading to the terrace and the garden.

There is a separate utility room, fully equipped with sink, washer, tumble drier, large radiator to assist slow drying, and an iron and ironing board.

Outside there is a large south facing garden with a terrace with further dining furniture leading onto the lawn with plenty of room to enjoy the outside area and a beautiful large beech tree providing shade in the summer.

All bills are included plus the cleaning of all communal areas.

We are a friendly couple who aim to provide a cheerful, peaceful and secure setting that would appeal to a professional female. (A female is preferred as the other lodgers are also female).
