I have a double room available in a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat which is a 5 minute walk to Woking station and town centre and set in a small, quiet, secure gated community.

The room has its own private bathroom and can be furnished or unfurnished but it does have a large built in wardrobe.

There is a shared living room and kitchen (which includes a dishwasher/microwave/washing machine etc) and the flat also has broadband/wifi, and a small garden.

There is on street parking, a permit can be easily obtained at a small cost.

Sharing with a friendly professional female, 33, who works 9-5 weekdays.
