We are offering 1 small double in a large 5 bedroom house.

We are looking for a professional who would like the room on a Monday to Friday let only.

The room has a a double bed with a recently new good quality mattress, a built in wardrobe and a large window. There is a bedside cabinet with a lamp a tv with built in DVD player and an electric blanket. This room is available from now and is £400 / month.

There will be clean bedding every other week. We are looking for a professional who would like the room on a Monday to Friday let only.

There is a shared bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a extra cloakroom downstairs. Two large living rooms, open plan kitchen/ diner. We have a large garden with chickens and ducks that are free range.

There is access to fast broadband.

In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher and a large 4 door aga, a halogen cooker and a microwave, so plenty of space for everyone to cook.

The house is detached with plenty of parking spaces and has two driveways, the road is on a quiet cul de sac, just off the A320 road and is 5 minutes drive to Woking and Guildford. Worplesdon Station is 5 minutes walk, and is on the Woking to Waterloo line, with the fast train operating regularly.

We are a professional couple working long hours. We rent out 3 rooms in the house, 2 others are occupied by 2 other Mon-to-Fri men who work incredibly long hours for Mclaren. There are both professionals who work long hours and are often travelling abroad mid week.

We have a large fluffy white cat that adores attention, so would prefer a fellow cat lover! We also have chickens and ducks in the large garden so there may be some fresh eggs occasionally.

The room will be available the first week of March.
