The household is made up of working professionals currently English and Canadian working in fields as diverse as IT, teaching and marketing. They all get on well and are looking for someone relaxed but considerate who can fit right in.

The house has a spacious garden, kitchen, separate lounge and two bathrooms. Rent includes everything -internet, gas, electric, water, tv, council tax and Virgin TV.

An en-suite is due to go in these rooms in April 2018. Hence this would be perfect for a short -term let or for someone whose term can be flexible to fit in with our builder. Unfortunately it won't be possible to have someone in the room whilst the ensuite is installed.
