Two double rooms available to rent in Woking near town center. 2 x 3. 8 meters and 3 x 4.2 meters.
5 minute walk from woking train station/town center.
There is also a large living room (3. 6 x 5. 1 meters) which I never use which is why the couple that just moved out found it spacious.
All bills, with fibre optic broadband included. There is also one allocated off street parking space for the flat in the carpark below, which is no extra cost.
It is one flight of stairs up with no elevator so perhaps not suitable for disabled access.
I prefer to rent both rooms to a single group so I'll offer a £15 per week discount to anyone looking to rent both rooms.
