Large and spacious double room available to rent in owner occupied house located within a quiet cul de sac in Woking.

As you can see from the map, the house is located a short walk from the town centre and the mainline station (10mins) which has excellent transport links to London and all over the south of England.

The room itself is very light, open and comes furnished (with a double bed and chest of drawers), there is also a large fitted wardrobe, sink and a south facing balcony.

Please note a new carpet is on order and will be fittied before you move in.

The kitchen and bathroom are both modern with the bathroom having a newly fitted rain/power shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the usual appliances. Use of all the appliances is included in the rent.

There is a lounge but we would prefer use of this to be private, therefore the room for rent is fitted with a TV point.

We have a cleaner who comes in once a fortnight which included in the rent also. It is your choice whether they clean your room.

We are looking for a professional female who also works full time. Sorry, we will only consider female applicants.

Lastly we have two cats who are part of the furniture! But your room is of course out of bounds to them!

The room is £500 pcm. This includes all bills and household necessities as mentioned (Internet, water, gas, electricity, council tax and cleaner), no additional costs are passed to you.
