I have a spare room going in my flat (I'm just a tenant, not the landlord) and I have to admit it's pretty nice.

The flat is at the end of Kingsway (opposite the dental surgery... and erm, the funeral parlour). Next door is Morrissons for all of your food and petrol needs, but luckily you don't hear it. The town centre and station is just a few minutes walk, so you're close enough for comfort, but far away enough to not hear things late at night.

Woking station is about a 5 minute walk away, and is on a direct line to London Waterloo (about 26 minutes if you get the right train).

The flat comes with a dedicated parking space, storage for a bike, and a big unfurnished room. The room has a built in wardrobe, which is vast and can hold a lot - it has a shelf across the full width with a hanging rail underneath, so lots of options for how to use it.

The flat has a full furnished living room (two sofas, dining table, TV with Virgin Tivo etc), and 60MB Virgin broadband.

My current flatmate is moving out because of a new job taking him to the other side of London, so I'm back on the hunt again.

It's a great flat, and I'm a very easy going flatmate - I've had flatmates who I've done everything with, and flatmates that don't come out of their room, so whichever type you are, you'll be welcome.
