I am leaving the country for new pastures and my room is consequently available for renting – lease can start anytime between now and early/mid-May.
The room, in a shared house, is located in the heart of Woking town centre, opposite the train station (literally 1-min walk). Fitted with a double bed, the room is quite spacious and I found it enjoyable and relaxing. There is a wardrobe closet, a dresser, and a bedside table, all offering large storage space.
The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard, and has all modern convenience: two kitchens and two bathrooms, also 120Mb Broadband Internet, etc.
All bills are included. The room is at 660£/month (and this includes the cleaning fee as a cleaner comes once a week to clean all shared areas) and is recommended for professional single people.
