I am a professional Male and I am looking to let from Sunday night - Friday morning basis.
I have 1 Single room and 1 Doulble room, in a large 4 bedroom house. We have plenty of parking on drive plus free street parking , 2 sitting rooms and 2 bathrooms 1 with shower 1 with bath both with WC. The house is in a quiet road and close to Woking station which has a fast direct line to Waterloo (15 min walk 5min bike ride both though the park). We are just off the A320 which is the main road from Woking to Guildford. There is a large garden, and a 7ft 1960s slate American pool table use of fridge cooker microwave. House is over two floors with large kitchen and separate sitting room and you will be sharing facilities with live in Landlord.

Rent per Week: £ 110 per Week for the Single Room incl: council tax and utility bills

Minimum term 4 months
Notice 5 weeks starting on Sundays.
Room available Sunday night to Friday morning only
No Couples please.

It is a large family home with two reception rooms so plenty of living space! Located near sports clubs and swimming pool WiFi access throughout house and satellite TV. Non smoker only please.
