One fully furnished double en-suite room available in house share 10 minutes walk from Woking station.
The housemates work in IT and banking. They like chilling out in the lounge together and eat together sometimes, they are chilled out and friendly but clean and respectful! We are looking for a clean and tidy professional female aged between 21 -30.
The house is a large 4 bed and the bathroom is shared between three people. There’s a spacious kitchen, lounge, garden and shed for anyone who has a bike. There is also one parking space but plenty of further parking behind the house. The house is about a 10 minute walk from the station and literally next door to the Lion Retail Park with Asda, Halfords etc on the doorstep! :)
The gas, electric, water, council tax, gardener, high speed internet and TV package have all been factored in to the rent above (subject to fair usage) and the only additional cost is a fortnightly cleaner.
To secure the room you will need to pay a one off fee of £70 for reference checks and registering your deposit (the deposit is one month’s rent).
