Double room available close to station

Double room to rent 10 minutes walk from Woking railway station and town centre. Perfect for anyone working in London or the Surrey area.

I'm the existing tenant - rent is £550/month, plus £74. 50 council tax. Bills are around £45 per month (includes high speed Internet and Tivo)

The room is the larger of the two rooms and has a large built in wardrobe. Plenty of space and lots of sunlight. Bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is - sofa and armchair in the lounge with a tv, washing machine and fridge freezer in the kitchen. Bathroom has a bath with a shower unit over it - the whole flat was renovated before I moved in a year ago and looks nice and modern.

I'm looking for someone fun and friendly who likes watching rubbish tv, drinking tea and venturing to the pub on occasion. I work for the emergency services so I work shifts, which means I do sometimes leave very early in the morning or come back late at night. This does mean though that you get all the benefits of a flatmate whilst also having time and space for yourself! Ideally I'd love someone to share the cooking with (I'm a former restaurant manager so love to cook for others!) and be a friend, not just a flatmate.
