Chilled out guy seeking flatmate for Woking pad

Hello - my name's Elliot. Above is a recent picture of me, plus some pictures of the flat I've recently moved into. It has 2 double bedrooms, and I'm looking for a flatmate to take the second one. The room is furnished - please see pictures.

THE FLAT:
The flat has a garage and loads of unreserved parking. It has a large lounge/diner, a large kitchen, and very clean bathroom with a shower-bath. It also has a big attic, so plenty of storage, and the bedroom on offer has a built-in wardrobe. It is double-glazed throughout, and has been redecorated and recarpeted in the not-so-distant past. It's a 10 minute walk from Woking town centre and train station.

ABOUT ME:
I was "born 'n' bred" in Woking, and wouldn't want to live anywhere else (despite the extortionate living costs). I did an English degree once. I currently work for a big IT company in Guildford. I'm a slightly geeky guy.

I am looking for someone in the same situation as me: works all week but still can't afford to rent a whole flat; wants to live somewhere hassle-free where the appliances work and you're not always shivering; wants somewhere to chill out in the evenings. A real easy-rider.
