The house is on a quiet street with a bus stop literally a minute walk, bus 91 runs every 9 mins. There are regular buses serving Woking town centre and Woking Rail station which have links onto Guildford, Weybridge and West Byfleet.

Woking Rail station is just 7 mins by car or 15 mins by bus with fast train links to London Waterloo every hour. Guildford Rail Station is 20mins by car, or 30mins by bus.

The M25 and A320 are easily accessible. Woking Community Hospital is 7 mins by car.
