Double Bedroom- This Large Double Bedroom includes a large double bed, Fitted full length wardrobes length of the room. TV will be installed in the room, clean and well decorated. Wi-Fi available.

Living Area- Off the Double Bedroom there is another room for the use tenant only- (The door in the picture has been sealed off. This Room Again includes additional storage space with full length wardrobes, 2 seater sofa, and fitted computer desk and shelves.

Shared Bathroom-shared bathroom includes roll top bath, toilet, sink, and power shower. Only shared with two of the tenants as one tenant has an en-suite bathroom.

Shared Kitchen- The large, Spacious Kitchen will be shared with three other tenants. Kitchen includes- Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Large Fridge, 8 Ring Burner Cooker with Two Ovens. Kitchens is fairly new with all necessary appliances available for use.

Worcester Park is a beautiful area with very good transport links with Worcester Park Train Station being a 5 minute walk away, with trains to London Waterloo.

The High street is also a 5 Minute walk with Buses to Kingston (university, college) or Sutton/ Epsom (university/Colleges) all Major banks can be found in Worcester Park High street as well as the post office plenty of bars and restaurants and supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury, Iceland)

Easy access to both Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.
