Double room for rent to a couple

Double room in shared house in Worcester Park, we are specifically looking for a couple. Sharing house with two professional males in their late twenties, early thirties - both living on the first floor (the double room is on the ground floor). The house comprises: three bedrooms, a box room, an open plan kitchen/living room, a large back garden (with a small patch of woodland beyond), off-street parking and a shed. We are in a nice quiet, safe neighbourhood about 5 minutes walk from Worcester Park high street and 10-15 minutes from Worcester Park rail station. Regular trains heading into London (about every 15-20 minutes at peak times) and it's a 25 minute journey to Waterloo.

Bills are 50 pounds a month and there is a council tax contribution of 31. 50 a month. Available from the 4th October for a 12-month tenancy (although we would consider a 6-month shorthold). Broadband is included as well.
