I am currently looking for a professional male or female to rent a double room in my house in Worcester Park, 12 minutes’ walk from Worcester Park, full time or Monday to Friday.
The house is a semi- detached 3 bedroomed fully furnished. With living room, kitchen diner, medium sized garden and large patio area. It has sky and Wi-Fi included and there is a space for a car on the drive for off street parking. It’s an extremely quiet road
The room is a medium sized double, fully furnished with a new bed and recently decorated
The rest of the house is in good order with a new bathroom.
About me
I am a 32 year old professional male that works in the city. I have not long owned the house and it’s too big for one person. I play rugby for Wimbledon, am sporty and the house is a quiet environment, as I am out and away a lot.
