Double en-suite in private development

I have a double bedroom with shower en-suite available immediately. There is parking available as well as an onsite gym for residents. The house itself is a 3 floored mid terraced town house. I live here with my 5 year old daughter who goes to her Fathers most Fri-Mon. The room itself is on the top floor and very secluded from the rest of the house. The kitchen is an open plan living and there is also a separate living room (which my daughter is not allowed in!). We also have 1 cat who is contained to the bottom floor only.
