Shared use of the kitchen, Bathroon, dining room and laundry faclities. Professionals in work preferred. Rent covers all bills, council tax, broadband, but not phone. The house is currently occupied by myself and two other proffessional men, genneraly a comfortable, frienly, ordinary house.
Cullercoats (situated between Tynemouth and Whitley Bay) is in an ideal location for: Beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops, library, post office etc. The metro service is close by with journeys to Newcastle city centre in under 30 minutes, the bus services are also excellent.
