I am 22 years old and looking for a flatmate to share my two bed flat in Dunston with from the end of January. On the first floor is a shared kitchen living room which includes a washer and tumble dryer; next to it is the double bedroom that is for rent. On the upper floor is a shared bathroom and my bedroom. The flat is modern and has been recently decorated. There is plenty of parking available however there is public transport nearby, taking only fifteen mins to get to Newcastle and within walking distance of the Metro centre. I work full time and I enjoy going out and socialising with friends. Would look forward to hearing from you if you are interested.
