We have two large double rooms as part of a house share with x2 males & x1 female, we are all friendly, young, professionals (Aged between21-30). The price is £270 & includes all bills such as Sky HD, internet, council tax, TV Licence, home insurance etc... (if the gas / electric bills are large during winter months there may be a small contribution needed but this will be dealt with fairly between the house). We are a friendly bunch who enjoy the social aspect of house sharing (as well as the value!), we enjoy playing board games, watching 'good' TV shows (Game of Thrones at the moment!) and regular visits to the Stand comedy club. We are looking for people with similar interests.

If you drive then parking is availble and if not then it is approx 15 mins walk into town, £3. 80 in a taxi or £1. 45 on the bus (either 44, 45, 46 or 47 - they run every 10mins) - It is very close to town!
