I am looking for a working, professional (females only please) to occupy a spacious double room within my own,
detached home in a quiet cul-de-sac on Chaucer Close Gateshead. Available from 1st July 2012.

The room is situated upstairs, is front facing and fully furnished (inc. double bed, wardrobe and
bedside cabinet). You will also have access to a family bathroom with shower over bath.

The house is set in a fantastic location with Gateshead Stadium Metro Stop a few minutes walk away,
and a taxi into Newcastle costing less than £5! Nearby shops include Asda and Tesco Express.

Also there is safe, on street parking to the front of the house.

The rent will be £350 per month and is fully inclusive of all bills and council tax, and free wi-fi is
provided.

Half a months rent will be required up front as a security bond.

Smoking is not permitted within the house and no pets please. No couples.
