Our spacious kitchen, with TV and dining table, leads to a separate utility room with washing machine, dish washer and extra freezer. The bathroom holds a bath, shower and toilet.
The flat is on a quiet street with great transport links to both Newcastle and Gateshead, and really close to the award winning Saltwell Park.
All the bills are included with the rent. This is a professional flat share so no students and no Benefit claimants welcome. Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside. No pets.
