Large Double rooms available in a fantastic flat/house share. Our home is lovely and warm, nice and bright and very clean and tidy with a great atmosphere.

It has a large lounge with cosy wood burning stove.
Large kitchen with tv and dining table.

Separate utility room with washer, dish washer and extra freezer.

All the bills are included.

Great location with good links to Newcastle and Gateshead bus stop only a few mins walk.
We're also really close to the award winning Saltwell Park which is great in the summer.
Recently refurbished plenty rooms to chose from.
Ideally I am looking for single professionals or responsible mature students, busy with their professional lives or studies, while enjoying a calm and safe living environment.
