Cosy room close to Newcastle city centre

Hi, I am looking for a flatmate to share my sunny and cosy 3 bedroom upstairs flat in Gateshead.

There are 3 bedrooms (one is more of an office/storage room), one living room, a bathroom with bathtub, kitchen and a small backyard. There is on street parking in front of the house. The room is beautifully sunny in the afternoon and partially furnished.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the house that brings you to the train station, the city centre and Gateshead centre in 3 to 10 minutes. Access to the M1 is great. There are a few corner shops, a little supermarket, pharmacy and medical centres in walking distance and the Gateshead shopping centre one mile away. I don't have Wifi installed yet but am flexible on that. Rent is 330 pounds incl. gas, water, electricity, etc.

I just recently moved to Newcastle for work and am still exploring the town. I am very active but like to be also sociable from time to time. Hence, I am not only looking for someone who shares the expenses but rather someone fun to live with.
