Double room available in a 4-bed mixed student/professional house in South Gosforth.
The other three of us are all in our mid twenties (two guys and a girl), we’re quite sociable/tidy and ideally looking for someone similar to take the spare room. Would be particularly suited to postgrad students or young professionals but anyone we get along with would be fine.
The house is on a quiet road a few minutes’ walk from South Gosforth metro station, and is very spacious for four people – three bathrooms, big kitchen, dining room, utility room, study, garage etc.
The room is £255pcm for students / £300 for professionals and will be available from the end of August (flexible).
