Looking to rent out a double room with en suite in my flat. I will be living in the flat until march time (in the smaller downstairs bedroom) when I go on my travels for a couple of months so then you would have the place to yourself. I work 9-6 mon-fri so I'm looking for a fellow professional who is easy going, tidy-ish and hopefully normal.
The room is large and it is a converted loft space so usually warm and very quiet.
The room is furnished with an aerial and I have wifi, washing machine and a small yard to hang the washing in the warmer months.
