Hi, I’m Clare and I live in a beautiful flat in Gosforth. It has two double bedrooms. However, my beloved housemate Natalia is off to Brazil so I’m looking for a new female flatmate from 1st April. The flat is available for viewing NOW so let me know if you want to have a look around, have a cuppa and a chat.

Location:
The flat benefits from being in an excellent location. Situated a 5-10 minute walk from the Reagent Centre Metro, 24 hour ASDA, Marks and Spencer Food, within a short walking distance to Gosforth high street with all its amenities, and easy access to town/A1 by car. It's on a quiet estate which benefits from having a team of handymen on site everyday (however I have only had to call on them once in my 1. 5 years here).

Flat Details:
The flat is an upper one with a central hallway entrance, kitchen, and bathroom with an excellent shower. The front room is large with two very comfy sofas a massive 47” smart telly. The flat also benefits from a front and back garden.

The flat has all the obvious mod cons you'll need. Washer. Microwave oven. Fiber optic broadband.

Your Bedroom:
Good sized furnished double room with window overlooking the garden. With double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. Room is very warm and is fitted with a blackout blind. However, if you have some of your own furniture please feel free to see if you can bring this along as I furnished the bedroom myself so very happy to move things around or sell stuff on!

About me:
I am a 30 year old young professional. Easy going and like hanging out watching films, nights out in Newcastle (at the weekends) or doing other random stuff. I’m fairly clean and tidy so looking for a flatmate who likes living somewhere that is kept clean.

Parking:
There is loads of secure off road parking.

A fully refundable damage deposit of 1 months rent is payable at the start of the letting period. Rent is to be paid 1 month in advance by standing order.
