Our flat is located in a quiet part of Heaton, and is comfortable, clean and tidy. I have one available room for a professional in this three bedroom flat, although postgraduate or undergraduate students would also be considered. The rent is £240 a month and £90 per month for bills and tax.

Two friendly female professionals (ex-postgraduate students) have the other two rooms in the flat. We live relatively separate lives but tend to chat in the living room and kitchen. Sometimes we go out together to the cinema or for a meal. We are both quite organised and have a shared cleaning rota!

The room is furnished, and reasonably sized. As the photos show, two of the walls in the room are pink and two are blue (sorry!) There is a bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The room is available from 1st August 2019 and preferably I am looking for somebody to take it for a year or more.

There is one shared bathroom, and a large shared lounge and large shared kitchen. There is no garden, though there is a small yard and covered area (garage) where bicycles can be kept. There is regular public transport to the city centre close by, and there are also plenty of supermarkets and coffee shops in the area.
