So, we are four friendly girls in urgent need of a flatmate. House is located on Deucher Street, just off Osborne Av, which is great for bars ect.

£74 a week, water heating and electricity not included in rent, but wireless and sky is. The bills get split between us every quarter. The contract starts from July 1st, with a 300 pound deposit. The rent for the room is cheaper, because it is smaller than the other rooms, it holds a double bed and has wardrobes ect included. This room would most likely be ideal for a student.

The house itself is 3 storeys, all crockery is included and is pretty well furnished. There are 3 bathrooms, two with a shower and one without. The house is lovely really.
