I am leaving university so will need someone to fill my room for the following year starting on the 1st of September, it is a fully refurbished (in the last year) downstairs flat with 3 large double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fully furnitured large living room and bathroom. Students preferred, but not essential, both girls you would be living with are friendly, kind and easygoing. We have no problem with smokers or any form of lifestyle, genuinely easygoing people.

The flat is in a very nice part of central Jesmond, Devonshire Place is considered by some to be the centre of the student lifestyle near the Dene. It is within very short walking distance to the metro, the Dene and the local shops including a tesco. You would need to be on hand at a date sometime within the Summer at your choosing to sign some contracts but otherwise there will be no problem with being set up.
